Return/Exchange
We hope you love your new Tanshon purchase—but in case you don't—you can use the form below to begin the process for a return or exchange.
  • Return/exchange must be submitted within 45 days from the date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase must be verified
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back using supplied return label
  • Returns will be refunded fully in the original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of returned item(s)
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of returned item(s)
  • Item(s) must be received in the same condition in which they arrived (to consumer).
  • If the item(s) is damaged in transit, it may be subject to a 25% damage/restocking fee (calculated from the individual product cost) that will be deducted from the full refund amount.
Warranty
From the date of purchase, the Tanshon has a 1-year full warranty for defects or malfunction due to non-human error. Items covered under the warranty are:
  • Cracking
  • Warping
  • Tearing
  • Pealing
We cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear or failure to follow the recommended cleaning instructions. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. Please use the form below to begin the process for a warranty replacement.
  • Warranties are refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit (replacement) for the purchased amount
  • Warranty replacement must be made within 1 year from date of purchase
  • If a defect or malfunction occurs within 45 days of purchase, you may request a refund in lieu of a replacement
  • Proof of purchase must be verified
  • Proof of malfunction must be verified
Gift Exchange
If you received the Tanshon as a gift, it may be exchanged for a different color (unfortunately, we do not offer monetary returns for gifts).
  • Exchanges must be submitted within 45 days from the date of receipt
  • Proof of purchase must be verified
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back using supplied return label

  1. Only one claim per submission will be processed
  2. For warranties, a photo of the claim is required for evaluation
  3. It is in our right to disapprove any claim that is found to be incorrect or fraudulent

Please note: The claim item(s) must have originally been shipped within the United States only (includes US Territories and APO/FPO). We do not offer returns, exchanges, or warranties for items shipped outside of the United States.
