Who Is Your Shipping Carrier?

  • Please provide your complete address (including apartment, suite, or unit number) and review for accuracy before finalizing your order—this will ensure the package arrives correctly and without delay.
What Shipping Options Do You Offer? Is Shipping Free?
We offer FREE standard shipping (2-5 business days) to customers in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time we do not—but we plan to offer international shipping very soon.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
  • Shipping time depends on your location. If you live across the bridge from us in San Francisco, you’ll get your package faster than if you live in New York.
  • The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping to Alaska or Puerto Rico may take longer.
  • Please note: Our shipping partner may experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
What Happens Once I Place My Order?
  • Once your order is successfully placed, you'll find a confirmation email with all the details in your Inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your Spam folder. Don't hesitate to contact Customer Care if you would like another confirmation sent.
  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday (we take a short breather on weekends and holidays).
  • When the order has shipped, a second email will be sent with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
I Supplied The Wrong Address—What Should I Do?
  • If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don't worry—contact Customer Care as soon as you can. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.
  • If an error in the address prevents delivery, we'll refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee) and you can easily place your order again.
My Tracking Notification Indicates the Package Was Delivered—But It’s Not Here?
  • Ask your neighbors to see if they received your package by accident.
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your package may be located there or a representative could have information on how/where to locate it.
  • Wait for a few days as there may be another delivery attempt.
  • Contact Customer Care for additional support.
